The Cottages at Summer Village are a 65 acre, gated 3-season cottage community just minutes from the sandy beaches of Wells, Maine. Located on former farmland and tucked off of Post Road it provides easy access to local beaches, shopping, restaurants, and more. As well as tons of on site amenities!
