Maintenance Workers
The Cottages at Summer Village is looking for both full time and part time seasonal maintenance workers to join our team in Wells. Situated on 60 acres, the property features 247 free standing cottages and three pools. Positions are available beginning in April and ending in November. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, staff will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the resort’s facilities. The ideal candidate should enjoy working outdoors, be organized, and capable of following instructions. Independence and strong problem solving skills are essential. This role may involve pool vacuuming, a certified pool operator certificate is desired, but is not required. A valid driver’s license is required. Weekends required.

Front Desk Agent:
Summer Village’s Front Desk Agents act as the ‘face’ of the resort to ensure that all owners, guests of owners and renters receive a heartwarming welcome and a smile when they enter our lobby, call our office or email us. Our goal is to make guests feel at home and to guarantee a memorable stay at our resort by honoring each guest’s request in order to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction possible. Duties including making reservations, answering calls, check-in/check-out processes, guest and concierge services, just to name a few.
This is a part-time position from May 1st to October 31st. College students welcome to apply! Weekend availability is a must.
