Cottage Rental
When cottage owners are unable to enjoy time at Summer Village many opt to have our on-site management office assist in renting their cottages.
Cottage owners meet our high standards to participate in the rental program and provide fully furnished and equipped cottages. All rentals are privately owned, floors plans, décor, furnishings and household necessities will vary from cottage to cottage.
Our on-site staff is here to make sure that your cottage is clean and ready when you arrive and to assist you during your stay.

9’ ceilings
use of all resort amenities
living area that opens to a three-season porch
starter kit with basic cleaning supplies
one or two bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, living/sunroom
