Summer Village celebrates all mother's, grandmother's and those who have played a mother's role! Honor them with us while enjoying coffee and Congdon's delicious donuts!!   Owner only event. Sign up is required.

We are hosting a cocktail party for owner's who rent their units independently at Summer Village, as well as the property management companies that are hired to manage the independent rentals. Please join the General Manager, the Rental Manager, and the Front Desk Supervisor to mingle and put a face to a name!  

Celebrate the beginning of our summer season at Summer Village with a traditional Memorial Day BBQ!! Sign up is required and there is a 6 person per cottage limit. 

Summer Village will play against Seaglass Village in a softball game!! The competitive fun will begin at 10am on the softball field and conclude at the Pavilion with a well deserved BBQ for players and their families only!!  Sign up if you would like to be on SUMMER VILLAGE TEAM!!!
